A great apartment hotel within easy walking distance of the old town. The room was fully stocked and newly renovated. Garage parking for our rental car was appreciated, as were the easy-to-use washer and dryer located downstairs. Staff were truly exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked our room here via AirBnB. Arrangements were very easy and communication was good. We arrived early and this did not present a problem to our host so was able to access the parking and the room easily. The location is excellent, a short 10 minute walk in to Aix and all it’s amenities. The room has good wifi and all the facilities you need for a short stay. It was clean and tidy but could do with a refresh/renew of the paintwork and decoration, however this does not detract significantly.

This Hotel in Aix en Provence is a disaster. It is nothing like the pictures make it out to be on Trip advisor or anywhere as they have been taken by a professional and photoshopped. The room with a living room for 3 does not have space for bags in the bedroom and barely any space to walk over to the other side of the bed...barely 1.5ft. Once the sofa bed in laid out in the living room, there is no way to move within the room at all. The arm rests of the sofa were black while the sofa itself is brown. The room stank of smoke and the floor boards were shredding in some parts esp. the toilet. Checked out another room but not very different. We landed up checking out within a few hours of check-in. Don't ruin your French vacation by staying here. The staff were polite and the location is good. Unfortunately nothing can make up for a terrible room.

Good location, walkable into center. Appartements a good idea in principle but a little run down and not well maintained (wash basin did not drain, shower head did not stay up and walls in bathroom were dirty) ok pool area, in shade all afternoon, lots of mosquitoes. Breakfast ok.

The best place to stay in Aix. Large rooms, close to city centre, nice swimming pool. Rooms come with lovely bathrooms, kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, an amazing fridge freezer, full air-conditioning, etc

We booked very spontaneously and were super happy with our choice. We had a very spacious room on the ground floor, enjoyed a swim in the pool and had the motorbikes parked in the garage. The city center is only a short walk away, I could definitely stay here again. Very good value for money.

Comfortable room with kitchenette, laundry available. Breakfast buffet was unremarkable. Hotel info claims air conditioning but not so. Only ctrolled by the whole building so no ventilation in a hot west-facing room and had to open windows which let in many mosquitoes. The provided a fan which made it somewhat breakable but still uncomfortable. Pool is nice but shadowed by the building.
